What We Collect

When you call or text the Dottie phone line, we collect:

• Your phone number (to respond to you)
• Call recordings and transcripts (processed by our telephony provider, Vapi)
• Any information you share during the call (e.g., name, scheduling preferences)

How We Use It

• To answer your call and assist with scheduling or tasks
• To send follow-up SMS messages after calls
• To notify the account owner of call summaries
• To recognize you on future calls for a better experience

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Dottie:

• Vapi — AI voice agent platform (processes calls)
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Google Calendar — scheduling (only when you request it)
• Cloudflare Workers + KV — hosting and data storage

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Data Retention

Call data is retained for up to 90 days for service quality, then deleted. Contact information is kept until you request removal. SMS logs are retained per Twilio's standard policy.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
